Simply login using your username and password, then visit our SHOP area, find interesting add-on and purchase it. Within next 24 hours add-on will be installed on your website.

2. Does my monthly hosting price change when buying add-on?
No, all you pay is once off installation fee.

3. I cant find add-on Im interested in what now?
Write us an email with your request, we will be happy to prepare add-on you are interested in.

4. Can I edit code of website myself?
No.

5. I want to move my website to different hosting how do I do it?
Unfortunately you cant move Goodweb to different hosting.

6. Can I have statistics or custom 3rd party scripts installed on my website?
Yes. Send us enquiry about any additional scripts you wish to have, and once our technical team approve their safety we will install them for you.

7. What if I miss payment?
System is automatically checking incoming payments, and locking unpaid websites, you can reactivate your website at any time. Reactivation fee applies and depends on length of inactive period.
